Subject to your specific brief, we would propose to work alongside your staff, run focus groups and surveys in order to gather vital feedback from your current uniform wearers to analyse its effectiveness in terms of performance, comfort, branding and value.

When the research stage is complete we would provide a full report and our recommendations for your new or updated uniform.

Once the new designs are agreed we would then recommend a wearer trial to gather feedback from a cross section of staff before bulk production commences. Once this is successfully complete, our production, procurement and quality teams will ensure a smooth transition into your new collection whether as a bulk roll out or gradual phased in process.
