Alexander E Watson

Non-Executive Chairman

Alex, aged 71, was appointed as a Non-Executive Chairman on 23 September 2008. He is currently the Chairman on the Board of Celerant Consulting Ltd. Previously he has held a number of positions, including Chairman of the Britton Group Limited. As an executive director, Mr Watson also held senior positions as Director of Chep North America and President and Chief Executive of Chep in Europe. Earlier in his career he was a director of Metal Box Group plc ultimately holding the position of Director General of CMB Packaging SA, following the merger of MB Group plc with Carnaud SA. Between 2005 and 2007 Mr Watson was a non executive director of Zenith Hygiene Group plc and a number of other public and private companies.

Tim Gifford

Chief Executive Officer

Tim, aged 53, was appointed as Chief Executive on 1 July 2009. Tim has a range of skills in General Management, International Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He developed much of his career within W.L. Gore & Associates from 1985 to 2006, where his more recent roles included Business Leader of Consumer Products - Europe; he also led Strategic Business Development -Asia/Pacific. During this time he has built up valuable skills in management of brand leadership and also procurement in both home and international markets. Subsequently Tim broadened his experience as Director of Sales and Marketing for Cosalt BallyClare Ltd. (part of Cosalt plc) and then as a consultant for companies both within and outside of the work clothing sector.

Paul M Rosser BA ACIS

Director of Corporate Operations and Company Secretary

Paul, aged 54, was appointed as Director of Corporate Operations on 23 September 2008. He has been Company Secretary of Alexandra plc for the past 19 years and will also continue to perform this role.

Stuart Love

Sales and Marketing Director

Stuart, aged 45, was appointed as Sales and Marketing Director on 1 July 2009. Stuart has been employed by Alexandra since 2007 and had already been appointed as Managing Director for Scotland and Ireland and Divisional Director for Prima Corporate Wear. Prior to 2007 he held a number of sales and marketing positions within the Scott Corporation, was European Account Manager for Huhtamaki, and also previously worked for Alexandra between 2001 and 2004 where he held the position of Sales Director for Scotland and Europe.

John Pierce

Non-Executive Director

John, aged 66, was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 10 August 2009. John is Chief Executive of the Quoted Companies Alliance, a position he has held since 1999. In this role, working for the interests of smaller quoted companies, he has gained a wide knowledge of the issues smaller companies face, as well as developing detailed experience in corporate governance, investor relations and risk management. John started his career as a chartered accountant, subsequently holding the roles of Finance Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive in a number of different companies.
