How do I sign in to Alexandra.co.uk?
You can sign in from the homepage or by clicking the login / register link from any point in the website which is located just underneath the basket summary in the top right hand corner.
If you are an existing Alexandra customer but have not shopped at www.alexandra.co.uk you will be required to register as an online customer login / register.

How can I view / change my personal details held by Alexandra?
When you are signed in, you can select my account where there is the option to view the account information we hold for you. Unfortunately you can not currently make changes to these details on line, however our customer care team will be happy to help you, please email the changes required to customercare@alexandra.co.uk.
You are able to make changes to your email address and password online by following the my account link and then selecting change email address and/or password.

Does Alexandra.co.uk accept international orders?
Unfortunately only UK customers are currently able to order from Alexandra.co.uk. Should you wish to place an order from a country other than the UK, please call our international markets division on +44 (0) 1454 875930 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30 GMT, alternatively, email: international@alexandra.co.uk

What is a product code?
A product code is used to identify each unique style.
If you know the product code of the item you want to order, you can enter it into the search box rather than using the side navigation to find the item.

Can I have my order embroidered or screen printed?
Unfortunately we cannot currently take embroidered or screenprinted orders online. Please call 0845 155 2288 for further information and to place your order.

How can I check stock availability?
On each product page you can enter the quantity you wish to order and if the item is out of stock, a message will be displayed to inform you of the timeframe we expect the item to be dispatched within. You will then be given the option to add this to your basket or to abandon the order of that item.
If an item is due to take more than 4 weeks to come into stock, you will not be able to place your order online but will be provided with our customer services phone number in order to contact us to discuss specific lead times.
If you change the quantity you wish to order in the basket screen and we do not have enough stock to fulfil the quantity you requested within 4 weeks, the quantity box will default to the maximum we are able to supply you with at this time.

What are promotional codes & how do I use them?
A promotional code entitles you to a specific offer and will change according to the offer that is being promoted.
If you have a code, you will need to enter it during the checkout process on the basket screen. Please press the submit button in order to apply the discount to your order.

How do I select the correct size garment?
Each garment is linked to a size chart which you can check your measurements against to see which size you should order. You can also find guidelines on where to measure & how to measure as well as viewing the charts.

How do I view the shopping basket?
You will be shown an overview of your shopping basket each time you add an item. Alternatively, you can view your basket at any time by clicking on the view basket link at the very top right hand corner of your screen.

How do I return an item?
A full credit can be received for unwanted, unworn items by following the process in our returns policy.

How can I view my order history?
Follow the instructions below to view your order history.
- Register / login to the website.
- Click my account at the top of the screen.
- Select view order history from the list of options. There are then two methods for viewing your order history:
- Select 'click here to view all orders'
- Use the order number, delivery account number, order date, status or time period fields as criteria to refine your search
- To maintain site performance results are limited to 99 orders. If the order you wish to view does not display, return to the initial screen to refine your search.
- When you have found the order you wish to view click 'select'. The order details will appear including the item & description, colour, size, length, quantity ordered and dispatch information. The 'track' link enables you to view the tracking information held for each item in this order on the DHL website.
- To view other orders, return to the initial 'view order history' screen and follow this process again.
Please note the order history function is for information purposes only and is not a system for placing repeat orders.

Why am I not able to pay on my Alexandra invoice account?
The first time you shop with Alexandra.co.uk you will be required to pay by credit / debit card. if this is not your first purchase with Alexandra and you have an invoice account set up which you are not being given the option to pay online with, please contact our customer care team on 0845 245 5020.
