Standard work trousers tend to fail in the same few places: the knees, the hems and the gusset. Endura reinforces all three. The knee panels are doubled up, the hems are double-layered so they survive being dragged across floors, and the gusset is cut generously and reinforced so it holds up to squatting, kneeling and climbing in and out of vehicles.
The fabric is a 65% recycled polyester, 32% BCI cotton and 3% elastane blend, so it has real stretch in two directions without feeling thin. It is water resistant, washes at 40 degrees and keeps its shape, which matters when trousers go through the machine several times a week.
Reinforced where it counts. Reinforced knee panels, double-layer hems and a reinforced gusset add life to the three areas that usually wear out first.
Water resistant. Spills and splashes bead off rather than soaking straight through.
Two-way stretch. The fabric moves with you when you bend, kneel or reach, instead of pulling against you.
Comfortable fit. An elasticated waistband and adjustable leg-width poppers let you fine-tune the fit across a long shift.
Plenty of storage. Box pleat cargo pockets with a pen divider and Velcro flaps, plus a button-fastened back welt pocket.
Easy care. Machine washable at 40 degrees, so they fit into the same routine as the rest of your uniform.
More sustainable fabric. Made with 65% recycled polyester and BCI cotton.
Men's and women's fits. Both styles come in dedicated men's and women's cuts, in short, regular and long leg lengths.
Endura Cargo Men's Trousers and Endura Cargo Women's Trousers. The everyday option, in a heavier 245gsm stretch twill. Choose these for general healthcare, hospitality and facilities work where you want a tough, professional-looking trouser.
Endura Cargo Pro KP Men's Trousers and Endura Cargo Pro KP Women's Trousers. A lighter 220gsm ripstop fabric with universal knee pad pockets built in. Choose these if you spend time on your knees, or if your role calls for knee pads.
Endura trousers use their own size guide, so it is worth checking the size guide before you order rather than assuming your usual workwear size.
Endura suits any role that involves being on your feet, on your knees or on the move. That includes paramedics and ambulance crews, carers working in the community, cleaning and facilities teams, veterinary practices, trades and maintenance staff, and housekeeping and back-of-house hospitality teams.
Endura trousers pair easily with the rest of your workwear. Browse our polo shirts, jackets and fleeces and workwear footwear to build a full kit, and add PPE where your site needs it. Tops can also be personalised with your name or logo.
Endura cargo trouser FAQs
They are water resistant rather than fully waterproof. The fabric repels spills and light rain, but for sustained wet conditions you will want our waterproofs range.
Both are reinforced at the knees, hems and gusset. The Pro KP adds universal knee pad pockets and uses a lighter ripstop fabric, so it is the better choice for kneeling work. The standard Endura Cargo uses a heavier twill for everyday wear.
The knee pad pockets are built in, but the pads themselves are bought separately. The pockets take universal knee pads, so you are not tied to one brand.
Machine wash at 40 degrees. Do not bleach. They can be tumble dried on a low setting and ironed. See our garment care guide for more detail.
Yes. Both styles come in short, regular and long lengths, and the adjustable leg-width poppers let you tailor the fit at the ankle.
Endura uses a dedicated size guide rather than our standard trouser sizing, so check the measurements on the product page and in our size guide before ordering.
