With our new service you can upload a combination of either your logo, image, or text, or all 3 if you prefer. Then simply choose to have your garment embroidered or printed. All text is fully customisable, with a range of fonts and colours to choose from.

How do I order personalised staff uniforms?
Simply select your product, click 'Add Personalisation', upload your logo/text, review your design, and add to basket. Complete checkout, and we'll handle moderation and production.
What is the moderation process?
We review all orders for compliance with our terms and conditions. This includes checking for profanity, copyright issues, and other policy violations. We cancel non-compliant orders immediately. You'll receive full email notification, and we won't charge your payment method. Please read Delivery & Returns section of the FAQ page for more details.
How long will the moderation process take?
We complete moderation within 48 hours. Once complete, you'll receive email confirmation. This email will tell you whether we've approved your personalised work uniform order, whether it needs changes, or whether we've cancelled it.
How much does the personalisation service cost?
The one-time setup cost of an embroidery logo is £20.00 and £5.50 for each application
The one-time setup cost of embroidery lettering is £7.97 and £5.50 for each application
The one-time setup cost of a print design is £20.00 and £6.00 for each application
How do I track my order once approved?
We use DHL as our chosen delivery provider. Once we dispatch your order, DHL will send you a tracking link via email for real-time delivery updates.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund on personalised garments. However, if there is a manufacturing error with the garment(s), please contact us via live chat on our website. Our customer service team will assist further.
