We offer styles to suit a range of industries; from lightweight composite safety boots to anti slip safety footwear from brands such as Dr. Martens, Blackrock and Delta Plus. Design, brand and protection are key considerations when choosing footwear. Comfort is also a vital requirement. That's why Alexandra is continuing to develop our technology and suppliers to ensure we are offering suitable safety shoes and boots to protect you against the hazards you may come up against in your role.
Anti Slip Safety Footwear
Safety footwear can play a crucial part in preventing injury; particularly from slips. Purchasing anti slip footwear with a slip resistant sole can help prevent slips, trips and falls, which are the most common cause of injury at work. The range that Alexandra provides can help to prevent hazards in your working environment.
Slip resistance testing is important and all of our anti slip shoes go through rigorous testing in order to meet the required health and safety regulations. With new styles of footwear undergoing intermittent re-testing, the reputable EN ISO 13287 has advanced SRA, SRB and SRC ratings which are now commonly used.
Please see below the ‘Safety Icons Key’ which relate to each specific safety requirement.
